7 pm. Sunday evening. Dinner time.
My wife was busy preparing the dinner. Kids were busy packing for the next day’s school.
I was just scratching my mind to come up with some post for the write over the weekend. past few days have been very busy due to the recent #XploreBharat Blog Train campaign that we [Me & a few of my blogger friends] are hosting this month.
So, could not spend much time on thinking to come up with the right theme. As usual, the prompt was something I could not resist. But what to do? My writers block confirmed me to skip this one.
I convinced myself to skip this week’s WOW post too and killing time browsing through those tons of WhatsApp messages from friends and different groups.
Some groups had the
So, I kept jumping from one group to other. It was then I realized that almost every group messages had pictures of food, invitations, congratulation messages etc.
The different picture of the foods shared kindled my taste bud. Started cursing those sweet enemies who are out there in India having fun with the street foods. Here I am in a place where nothing of those sorts are available.
Of course, I can get street foods in here, like the Pizzas, Arancina [sort of rice ball], Pesce
Flash! That struck a bell in my mind. What if I come up with a gadget that allows people to virtually deliver physical food?
How about coming up with an app that allows you to receive invitations just as the one given to you physically?
Wonderful, isn’t it?
Ha, I can see you laughing at my thoughts. it’s OK.
One hundred years back, did anyone thought that we can transfer anything out of thin air? No. But today, technology has made it possible to telecast live visuals from one part of the world to other.
Forget 3D, we now have multi-dimension virtual reality possible today.
Ah, are you talking about the effect it would have on social life and personal meetings?
I know, many people are not happy with the current way of social life. I mean, there is more of virtual life than any social life among the young people. So, this may be a catalyst to spoil it even more.
But then, every technology has its own pros and cons. It all depends on how you put it to use, right?
Imagine this, you can just forward the food you cooked today to your friend sitting in other part. Amazing, isn’t it?
He no longer has to say “I am missing it yaar!!!” He can actually taste and enjoy along with you – in real time!
Not only that, you can forward the same food to more number of people. See, it multiplies – like the
Infact I have even named it inspired by Aakshay Pathiram!
So, ladies & Gentleman. Here I am. Introducing my own application called as AAPAM or the AAkshayPAthiraM.
How do you use it?
Very simple. Plugin my APP called AAPAM to your WhatsApp on mobile. That’s it. As simple as that.
Now, all you need to do is to charge your WhatsApp with the AAPAM token. Every one share of your food picture will consume one token. Excited?
There are even plans to integrate this into WhatsApp. I am currently looking to have this discussion with Mark Zuckerberg. But holding on this meeting since I am waiting for my patent to be ready!
See, people can no more complain that you do no social service but just pour your emotions on Social Media. Now, you are actually part of it. You are the Social Service provider. Interesting right?
Ok, Keep this a secret for now. I am yet to patent it and also fix a price. So, will let you all know once I have it ready.
Oh, sorry. I will send an AAPAM forward of my Invitation when it is ready for you to install and charge!!!!
Until then wish me good luck, and keep forwarding food look-alike picture!!!
