What stops us from having those memorable travel, visit places, have fun, play in the forest, ski in the snow, roll on the desert, swim in the oceans etc.
I know majority of us will spontaneously say, Wealth. Right?
Now, imagine you won a jackpot. You have an offer to travel to your most favorite place, and do all sort of activities you have been loving to for all these years. How would it feel?
Excellent, right? But what if you fall sick on your travel? What if you have no energy to do those trekking to get to view the breathtaking views from the mountain?
Hmm, you curse. Ya, I know. But who / what do you curse?
Most of you will curse the time, the luck, and what not. How many of you know the correct culprit who is responsible for this?
It is none other than YOU. I mean it, it was only YOU who is to be cursed and made responsible.
Health, the New Wealth
You had all these days and time to be prepared. Why haven’t you? Yes, if you had been little health cautious and have been keeping fit yourselves will you had such embarrassing situation?
Have you ever thought about it? I know many of you immediately put the blame to non-availability of Time. You were busy with too many things. etc etc. I will never agree that someone has no time. It’s the worst excuse anyone can come up with.
Everyone has the same 24 hours in a given day, it’s up to the individual on how you put those into useful practice. Having a healthy body is not all about going to a Gym, and trying to get six packs etc. Or those so-called sleek bodies or size zero.
Whatever is your size, or shape, if you can live without the need medicines or hospital, you are healthy. For such a
All it takes is about 10-15 minutes of activities. I am recommending you to do some special Yoga, or taking weights or having a trainer etc. It could be as simple as a brisk walk. Let me give a short list of activities, all you do in an any given day.
- Eat more fruits and veggies.
- Skipping your elevators
- Taking up the stairs
- Stretching yourself at your desk
Even such simple alternatives are a great way to be healthy.
Eat but Eat Right
Do not think that you can be slim and healthy by avoiding eating. No, biggest blunder. Eat, but concentrate on the eating without looking at those bright screens full of junk will help you have good digestion which in turn help on your health.
All you need is a bit of dedication. And do you know that motivation plays a vital role in keeping up your dedication? More so, if you keep sharing your progress to your friends and well-wishers.

Believe me, even if you have not made big progress, even the small encouragement from your friend will act as a big boost and keep you progressing. I am a living example for this.
